Robert (Bob) is an experienced Senior Project Manager who has been building high-end residences throughout the Hamptons for nearly two decades. He has successfully completed many multimillion-dollar custom home projects, including large waterfront estates for other leading builders, including his own firm. Bob has collaborated with top designers, architects, and some of the East End's most discerning homeowners.

In addition to his extensive experience as a carpenter and builder, Bob holds a degree in film and photography, so he understands that building a home is like setting the scene, and that every detail matters. A strong aesthetic sensibility, combined with deep technical knowledge, informs the way he approaches every project. Bob shares M. Daddio’s commitment to building homes that will last for generations, bringing each client’s vision to life. He is the kind of project manager who has already thought three steps ahead before a problem surfaces, so when something comes up, Bob has already thought through the solutions.

Bob is based in Westhampton, where he serves as a volunteer firefighter with the Westhampton Beach Fire Department. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, preferably out on the water, fishing, and enjoying the beauty of the South Shore.
