WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A traveling site supervisor working in New York City. You're a Site Supervisor with a minimum of 8-10years of experience leading a carpentry team, managing subs, and moving projects forward in luxury residential homes. You understand the complexities of building luxury homes and ensuring perfection is achieved at every step.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Oversee day to day operations of the site
● Coordinate as required with subcontractors, including soliciting quotes, detailing project scope, scheduling work, and providing site support
● Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures
● Conduct daily Tool Talks, regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment; monitor fire alarm control panels and other emergency equipment
● Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports● Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets on Procore and in OSHA Daily Log; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate
● Onboard and train new hires
● Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments
● Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
● Ensure compliance with company or government regulations; ensure compliance with contracted service level agreements (SLAs); maintain up-to-date county, municipal, and state licensing
● Communicate with customers regarding products and servicesREQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Prior experience (5+ years preferred) in managerial or supervisory roles in the field
● Proficiency with multiple computer operating systems and software applications, especially Procore
● Reading comprehension of technical documents
● Possess a personal bench of tools and be able to transport them to the site
● Technical experience with various industry tools and machines
● Excellent written and spoken communication skills
● Exemplary analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
● Proven leadership skills with a large and diverse workforce
● Ability to nurture effective professional relationships with staff and clients

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’re a Project Manager with a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in building luxury homes. You have a full knowledge of all trades, pricing, and construction details and paperwork. You love detail and perfection, and have previous experience managing an APM and have a successful track record of completing jobs from start to finish on-time and under budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review the scope of work and budget developed by the estimating team
Review project rules and requirements
Conduct pre-construction neighbor inspections
Conduct pre-construction and kick-off meetings with building management
Generate and maintain a project schedule throughout the project lifecycle; monitor the Critical Path closely.
Conduct project meetings and populate daily/weekly construction reports with clients and the internal team
Work closely with APM in the development of RFIs, submittals, meeting agendas and meeting minutes, homeowner’s manual, and Change Orders
Work daily with Site Supervisor to ensure successful project completion
Conduct meetings with Subcontractors, review their scope of work, and negotiate their contract
Communicate with Architects, Engineers and Clients as required
Monitor scope of work; identify and issue Change Orders based on scope changes
Manage day-to-day project activities directly under Michael Daddio from pre-construction to project closeout
Review and approve Subcontractors’ pay applications and invoices
Identify finish materials & fixtures required for the project based on architect’s/designer’s specifications and relay the information to APM & Purchasing Manager
Manage punch list upon completion of the project
Other duties as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
An Assistant Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in residential construction, and proficiency in all construction paperwork including RFIs, submittals, transmittals, Change Orders and meeting minutes.
Manage day-to-day project activities as an assistant to the assigned Project Manager from pre-construction to project closeout
Assist in the creation and managing of the project budget, and create and maintain project schedule throughout the life of a project
Constructing weekly site meeting agendas, supporting project meetings, submitting project minutes, and reporting daily/weekly construction reports with clients and internal team
Establishing and executing job processes: Change Orders, RFIs, submittals, pay applications (including approving and negotiating subcontractors’ pay applications), managing the purchase and selections of materials, updating the project schedule
Manage drawing logs with a full understanding of each set of plans/blueprints and how it pertains to each specific job

This is a remote position but travel to local sites several days a week will be necessary. Salary is commensurate with
