Alfredo has a strong background in operations and logistics. He began in construction as a laborer, building hands-on knowledge across demolition, carpentry, and sheetrock that gave him a thorough understanding of how a job site operates at every level.

Alfredo naturally moved into an operational management role within M. Daddio. As General Manager of the Service Division, he manages a busy team executing our service contracts and limited scope projects. He also supports the entire M. Daddio team, managing crew scheduling, equipment allocation, and deployment across job sites. He ensures that every crew has what they need so our projects stay on track.

Outside of work, Alfredo is a devoted cinema buff and a lover of the outdoors, with a particular fascination for caves and mountain landscapes. He has a passion for sports cars and the open road, and lives on the Upper East Side with his family.
