Al‘s career spans over three decades in New York, and he brings his wealth of knowledge to M. Daddio as the Director of Field Operations.

Starting as a mason, Al eventually moved to site supervision. He then began operating his own construction firm specializing in masonry and exterior refinishing.

In addition to expertly coordinating and scheduling our extensive in-house field staff, Al is an expert in crafting resilient structures that endure. He is an invaluable advisor on many of the structural challenges our project managers inevitably face while building in the historic residences and complicated buildings of New York City.

Al has a passion for flight. Having held his private pilot’s license, he now flies recreationally with friends on the weekend. Al also enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter at home in New Jersey.
